At Feet First Institute of Beavercreek, experienced podiatrist Stephan Giambi, DPM, provides high-quality foot and ankle care to people of all ages in Beavercreek, Ohio, and throughout Greene County.

Dr. Giambi brings more than 10 years of experience to the practice. He studied at the Dr. William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine in North Chicago, Illinois, earning his medical degree, and completed residency training at Dayton VA Medical Center in Dayton, Ohio.

Before entering private practice, Dr. Giambi received specialty training in rearfoot reconstructive ankle surgery, regenerative medicine, wound care, and limb salvage. This knowledge and expertise allow him to treat foot and ankle problems that are particularly complex.

Feet First Institute of Beavercreek is a full-service podiatry practice and the only practice offering foot and ankle surgery within a 10-mile radius.

Dr. Giambi diagnoses and treats an array of foot and ankle problems, including bunions, foot pain, ingrown toenails, and toenail fungus, emphasizing a conservative approach. The practice also offers specialty services, including diabetic foot care, wound care, platelet-rich plasma (PRP), and foot and ankle surgery.

When Dr. Giambi isn’t helping patients, he enjoys enhancing his skills. He regularly participates in continuing education and is a member of several professional organizations, including the American Podiatric Medical Association and the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons.

Yes, like Heaven above, I have been working for Feet First for about a year and love it. I am the smiling face that checks you in at your appointments. I retired from the wine industry after 10 years to find a new passion. Together my high school sweetheart and I are raising 2 amazing kids one of whom was deaf at birth. I have a big family, so I love to entertain and spend time with them. When not entertaining | run a small baking business with my partner. Jesus, my kids, my spouse and Taylor Swift in that order.

I worked in dentistry as a manager for many years before starting with Dr. Giambi back in 2023 from the ground up. I have training in customer service and management. The best part of my job is watching patients leave happy after the care they received. You will normally see me with a Red bull or coffee in hand. When not working I spend time at my kids sporting events cheering them on or baking cakes for my small business. I get to volunteer serve and teach at my church where I help to empower women in faith.

I have been in billing now for 31 years. I did ambulance billing for 22 years. From there, went on to do billing for a Neurologist for 4 years, while I went back to school and graduated in

2019 with a double major in Accounting and Business management. Following graduation / accepted a position in Billing for Podiatry. Through that position she became associated with Dr. Giambi and came onboard his staff to take over the billing for his office. I am a mother of three, as well as being a grandma of three! I enjoys balancing my career with my close family.

HELLO, My name is Haley and this is my fur baby Hallie. She is a three legged corgi basset who loves to work. I am a mom of 2 amazing kids and have been married to the love of my life since 2014 . When not working I enjoy coaching my kids at soccer, canning from my garden and making delicious cheesecake. I am an Aunt to many and a lover of Jesus.

Dr. Karen E. Kirpaul (Guyton), DPM

Doctor of Podiatric Medicine

Dr. Karen E. Kirpaul (Guyton), DPM received her doctorate in podiatric medicine from Kent State University where she received awards for her academic performance. She then went on to complete a three-year hospital-based interdisciplinary residency in foot and ankle surgery at the Salem Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Salem, VA. During her residency training, her experiences helped to shape a holistic approach to patient care. While in residency, Dr. Kirpaul assisted in various research projects and publications including antibiotic selection in diabetic foot infections, tumors of the foot and ankle, biomechanics, and onychomycosis.

She has also earned her B.S. in Biological Sciences from Wright State University located in her hometown Dayton, OH. Outside of work, Dr. Kirpaul enjoys dog sports, cooking with her husband, and spending time with her 3 children.
